Chris Taylor is the head personal trainer of Forever Fitness. Chris is a NASM certified personal trainer; and a fitness and nutrition expert. He specializes in helping men and women achieve weight loss, muscle building, toning and other fitness program goals to create a “Healthy Lifestyle.”

All fitness programs under the direction of Chris Taylor include nutritional analysis of current eating habits, recommendations for improvement, lessons on how to eat healthy, methods on how to analyze and read food labels, and meal plans that include suggested daily meals and supplements.
